2024 Summer Individual & Small Group Training

This program offers the ability to build your own individual or small group training and customize it to your needs and goals.

Train on your own or with your friends
Sessions are run by our Patriot FC staff
Set your own goals or work with your coach on specific development
Pick your trainer based on availability
Use any of our Patriot FC field locations
Price varies by group, trainer, & location ($60-$100 per hour)
