As a Parent:
- I will be supportive and encouraging to all players on the field. I will keep all negative comments to myself .
- I will not coach. I will let the coaching staff make any adjustments. I will let the players make their own decisions or allow them to communicate to their teammates. I know that telling them what to do and how to do it is not helping them improve.
- I will never address opposing players or parents unless it is to encourage or congratulate.
- I will treat all officials with respect. I will let them call the game. I understand that mistakes will be made, but the value of teaching our kids to respect officials and the game of soccer is more important than an offside call.
- I understand that engaging in any obscene gestures, language or violent conduct will result in an automatic 3rd violation.
- I will leave the game at the final whistle, I will not approach the referee, players or coaches unless invited to do so.
- I will not engage in discussions with the coach or trainer about my child for a minimum of 24 hours after the game.
- I will try to keep the game fun for my child.
- I will encourage my child to communicate with their coach about all conflicts or questions about their own play.
- I understand that alcohol, illegal drugs or prescription drugs will not be possessed consumed or distributed at any time at any field or complex.
